ABOUT ANNA LEE PHOTOGRAPHY
I've had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. Whether it was a disposable, waterproof, point-and-shoot, or phone, I've spent my entire life documenting everything I possibly could. When I had the opportunity to take a dark room photography class in college, I jumped at the chance. Having the ability to hone my technical eye and creative style with regular critiques was invaluable, and I grew to love the art aspect of photography. After college, I became overwhelmed with life, and set down my camera. For years, I neglected my craft. In 2017, while struggling with my mental health, I decided to dust off my camera. Creating beautiful things helped to catapult me out of the darkness. In short, forcing myself to see the beauty of this world saved me. Since those dark days, I've vowed to do my best to capture all of the beauty and joy that I see in the world, in hopes that I can one day help someone else see the wonder they've been missing.
